I can never get tired of watching this movie. LOST IN AUSTEN. Its a re-working of Pride and Prejudice. Where a girl finds a door that leads into Jane Austen‘s fictional world of Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennett. Instead of Elizabeth falling in love with Mr.Darcy, Amanda does.
so i decided to go on a nerd trip.
(aw hell yeah! nerds are cool mmm-kay!)
If only there was a way to do that. Walk through the door, and experience every book that way. However, I am not sure which book I would like to experience, because I love so many.
Although I would probably go and re-write a couple. Like the D.D. Warren series written by Lisa Gardner. I love Lisa Gardner. Just not the D.D. Warren series.
For all that is holy! Stop writing about the ARCANE SOCIETY!!!!
Oh, I would make sure the Arcane Society never existed. OMG! Every book that Jayne Anne Krentz writes now is about the Arcane Society! She is on my FB. I love her…but sometimes I am tempted to ask her to stop writing about the Arcane Society! Write stand alones like she used to.
Yep, I would decimate everyone in the Jones line starting with Slyvester , then go on to the Winters Line. I would wipe out every Society member, it would be an epic war. Me against the Arcane Society. There! How is that for an Arcane Plot line!
( I feel like a GF when the BF is playing too much WOW)
so which book would be pretty interesting to invade? Just some names off hand. I have way too many fave authors to remember… these are just a few…
- Noah Bishop Series – Kay Hooper
- Gretchen Lowell series – Chelsea Cain
- women of the otherworld series- Kelley Armstrong
- Sookie Stackhouse series- Charlaine Harris
- Cassie Palmer series- Karen Chance
- anything by Beverly Barton and Linda Howard.
Stop rolling your eyes..nerdiness has ended.

That’s a great idea… to play with stories like that
For me, I’d love to write a sequel of Lewis’s Alice in Wonderland! (Was rewatching the movie too yesterday so… lol!)
REBECCA DAWN
at least give the stories a different ending, the one you wanted. i love twist endings, the ones that leave you thinking “oh my god why!”
I never saw Alice in wonderland…probably because i am not a big fan of johnny depp lol
